- Choose between being out 6-7 days or 8-10 days with 1.5-2 days off. Drivers who get home after 6-7 days need to live within a 50 mile radius of Charlotte or live in the Greensboro area. Drivers who are out 8-10 days can live in most areas of NC, except eastern NC and the extreme western NC counties.
- Travel area 65% southeast lanes
- Equipment is assigned to the driver, no slip-seating required.
- Hiring experienced drivers and recent driving school graduates.

Tuition reimbursement available for recent truck driving school graduates
Military Apprenticeship Program - U.S. military veterans, Guard members and Reservists may be eligible to earn an additional educational benefit check from the VA (up to $1,069 per month)
- Valid Class A CDL in state of residence
- Must have recent TT experience or have graduated from a driving school within the last 90 days
- Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required at time of hire
