This Over the Road Truck Driver (OTR) position features earnings up to $0.37 per mile*, 95% no-touch freight, averages 600 miles per haul and flexible scheduling options. Schneider gives you the support you need from a team who is invested in your success.

Pay & Benefits
Full-time CDL truck drivers are eligible for:
- Earn up to $52,000 per year*
- Tuition reimbursement available for recent truck driving school graduates
- If you are a U.S. military veteran, Guard member or Reservist, and new to the trucking industry, you may be eligible to earn a monthly educational benefit check from the VA in addional to your Schneider pay check - up to $1,069 each month - through Schneider's Military Apprenticeship program.
