This Western Regional Truck Driver position features: earn up to $0.36 per mile*, 2 weeks out, 1 week home. Schneider gives you the support you need from a team who is invested in your success. Apply today!

Schneider National's Home Run account is a rotation of 2 trucks between 3 drivers. Drivers on this account will be out for 2 weeks at a time and then home for 1 week picking-up and delivering customers' freight throughout the 11 Western states and Texas

Job Responsibilities

Pick-up and deliver customers' freight; drive the 11 Western states and Texas
Drivers can average 2100 to 2300 miles per week
Complete trip planning process to anticipate cities, highways and fuel stops prior to the start of each trip
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and/or trailer to ensure safety
Confirm electronic logs for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL in state of residence
Live within 50 miles of the Reno, NV
Minimum 3 months truck driving experience or recent truck driving school graduates
Has a real "roll up the sleeves and get the job done" type attitude
Ability to remain flexible as environmental or business needs change
