This Western Regional Truck Driver position features: earn up to $0.36 per mile*, 2 weeks out 2 days in driving schedule. Schneider gives you the support you need from a team who is invested in your success. Apply today!

Eligible Applicants Include

Experienced truck drivers with at least 3 months of recent OTR or regional Class A driving experience
Recent truck driving school graduates
Live in one of the following areas: Northern California, Western Nevada or within 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV

Job Responsibilities

Pick-up and deliver customers' freight; drive the 11 Western states and Texas
Drive for 2 weeks and back home for 2 days
Complete trip planning process to anticipate cities, highways and fuel stops prior to the start of each trip
Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and/or trailer to ensure safety
Confirm electronic logs for accuracy and compliance
Drivers can average 2500 miles per week

Pay & Benefits

Full-time CDL truck drivers are eligible for:

$2,500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers (at least 6 months of recent experience)
Tuition reimbursement available for recent truck driving school graduates

Operating Centers - We provide our drivers 24 hour access to company facilities with a safe place to park, showers, cafeterias and laundry.

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL in state of residence
Minimum 3 months of recent OTR/regional truck driving experience or recent truck driving school graduates
Hazmat endorsement and passport preferred
Has a real "roll up the sleeves and get the job done" type attitude
Ability to remain flexible as environmental or business needs change
